Councelling class or human behaviour at hospital to deal with patient to be arranged for Dr. Waseem to talk to patients politely and address the grievances of patient.

When patient mother was asking about what kind of medicine to be given in case of repetition of fever Dr Waseem replied he could not reply for hypothesis type of questions.

Appointment fixed at 3.30 but The patient has to wait for 2 hours in 4 days after surgery with discomfort

Dr Waseem was in a hurry to push the patient out rather than attending the patient politely who is 17 years old boy.

The Doctor was very patient and explained the problem well. He cleared all our doubts. Will definitely recommend him to others in need
